7-Day Return Policy

Select vehicles on AutoVerse come with a 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the vehicle within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered
• Odometer reading should not exceed delivery reading by more than 100 km
• No structural damage or modifications made after delivery
• All original documents and accessories must be returned

Refund Process

Contact our support team at support@autoverse.in or call 1800-123-4567 to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after vehicle inspection.

Reservation Fees

Reservation fees are fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase within the 48-hour hold period.
